Simple terms.  RX Helper will continue to tell you they have not received your paper work. In Fact, they even have a special prompt in ther voicemail about if you have recieved a letter stating "if we sent you a letter about paperwork".  This is always their excuse when you finally do get a call back because they phones also always say we are recieving a high volume of calls .  Good Luck getting a call back for over an hour each time. DO NOT believe them. I went 90 days without my much needed insulin.  Ended up in ER last week for high blood sugar  The $69 they promised would get me my insulin every month.  Never once received drug and alway you have to contract them... They never just contact you.
