RX Helper Not exactly a scam...but pretty darn close Florida

 Basically what this company does is charge you for what you can (and should) do yourself.  Drug manufacturers have programs to assist low income and/or uninsured people with prescriptions.  The brand manufacturers will supply those medicines for free to qualified individuals and all you have to do is download the forms, complete them and mail back.

   What RX Helper does is charge you a one-time $25.00 fee and a monthly fee of (in my case) $49.95 to do exactly what anyone can do for themselves for free.  Of course, RX Helper will have you believe that the paperwork is complicated and a person stands a good chance of being turned down if going solo.  What a joke.  All they do is forward the paperwork to the drug manufacturers that you completed and mailed to RX Helper.

 In my case, at enrollment the representative lied about which medications they could help me with and then refused to refund the enrollment fee. 

Also, I don't think have ever dealt with more unprofessional, condescending jerks in my life.
