Rx Helper Rx Advocate Rx Helper took my money and never gave me my prescriptions. Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 Florida

I applied to Rx Helper two months ago.  I did all the paperwork required.  Submitted all the information needed.  They told me that I would have a monthly fee charged to my bank account of $89.95.  There was also a $50 one time fee, as an initiation.  So without signing anything, Rx Helper took out this money.  A month went by, and I received no medications.  Now, two months went by, with still no medications.  So I contacted them about this situation.  I've called pretty much on a regular basis since becoming a customer and have never received the assistance I joined for.  So, I exxplained that I am very unsatisfied with the service and am having a hard time without my medications, that I've now waited for, for two months.  They apologized for the inconvenience and said as a gesture of good faith that they would waive this month's $89.95 fee.  Being on a fixed income and tight budget, this was great news.  So, I got some healthy food from the grocery store and paid some bills.  Today, I checked my account on line, to find out they did take the money, which has now caused me to overdraft and default on my rent!  Arrgh!  So I have spent the entire day calling them and trying to speak with anyone at Rx Helper that could assist me.  They told me that they could not refund the money, which would rectify my bank account.  They could only waive the December fee.  So, I asked to speak with a supervisor, and was put on hold for 30 minutes.  I called again and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they would call me back immediately.  Two hours later I have yet to receive any response from them.  I'm now writing a letter of cancelation and am also contacting the Better Business Bureau  concerning their bad practices.  Likewise, I contacted my bank to stop payment for Rx Helper.  I hope no one else will be caught by their snares and have to endure what I and others have endured.  God Bless you all!
