Ryan Home's and their stand behind their work, or lack there of.

Building our home with Ryan's was a problem from the get go. The first problem began when we purchased the home in May of 1999, and didn't move in until Feb. of 2000. WE were lied to from the very begining.. Our home sat in the framing stages for 3 months being weathered with no protection. If that wasn't bad enough to begin with, we stopped by during construction hours and found three framers getting high in what was going to be our son's bedroom.. This is just the begining..

The master bedroom ceiling has fell down, which took them months to repair..Our family room ceiling has now fallen down due to the extension in the room..The roof wasn't sealed properly.. Water damaged our couch and ruined the carpet..The response from Ryan's was that they replaced all the siding in the rear of the house but didn't find a problem, and they will split the cost with us to clean the couch..

Next, a bathroom window was put in upside down, and when it rained the water poured into our bathroom running down the wall and damaging the tile floor...That problem still hasn't been corrected...

WE have electrical sockets falling out of walls. The wood work around all doors in the house is short by 2 inches, that they then filled with putty so it would meet the floors..Our hardwood floor is the house is popping up and splitting...

There is soo many things that can't be mentioned, because there is not enough room...Our house isn't even 2 yrs old...THe response from the vice president of operations for Ryan's is that they just don't meet our expectations for them as a builder...How funny is that?

WE have been trying to get them to repair the problems in our home for a year now, and still can't get a response..I guess now that they have their money they could care less about the customer. So much for their quality workmanship and customer service.
