Ryland homes, promised us the world with our new house, 1 year later, the rules and regulations have totally changed, we used to be able to swim after dark in the pool which we pay annually for and now they HOA has a guard that does not allow you to swim after dark, nor use the showers inth clubhouse after dark, also street lights that are installed and used to work after dark do not come on anymore resulting in a very dark walking area and an extreme safety hazard to walkers and bike riders, the "gated" community which we were soo sold on has also vanished as the gates remain open or broken allowing personnel in vans to come in and harrass the kids on there bikes, we have seen one white construction van follow this young girl on her bike right after sunset. We also trim our own bushes and shrubs and have seen our neighbors plant new greenery that died and was never replaced by the HOA.  DO NOT move into this community as this is a falsely presented area, kinda like car sales, once the deal is done you never see or hear from them again,  I have taken many pics of the gates opened after dark and broken so I do have proof of there neglect after the sale, also my front door leaks water into the house and they recommend an insulated tape that comes off after a month on the door frame, they will not replace the substandard door or door frame and would rather use tape to fix a quality issue.  DON'T LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY!!
