Ryland Homes Sales Representative Misled us about a home New Port Richey Florida

I was very interested in an inventory home and asked for the key to take a look at it. When I came back to the sales rep, this person told me that the home I looked at was a certain model when in fact it was another model which was significantly higher in price. I've been working with this person now for several months and finally decided to make an offer, but the night before I realized after looking online at the inventory homes, that we'd been discussing the WRONG home! I immediately email this person with the information and they wrote back and apologized but said they didn't want to argue with me. Later in the day, when I was re-reading my email to this person, ANOTHER person from Ryland with a different name, inserted his comments after mine in blue and he was writing as if he were this other person.

I can't believe that we've been discussing two different homes because I gave the sales rep PLENTY of information about the home I was in and they should've know that I was in a completely different model. Mind you, this person never physically walked the home with me so this is a total misunderstanding to my disadvantage. I even told another sales rep that Ryland should honor the price of the other home since it was THEIR mistake, but to no avail. I'm really disappointed with Ryland; another thing; this sales rep would not call me back when I called. It's very frustrating indeed...
