Ryobi's warranty on Gas Motors for Edging, Weed eaters, etc. isn't worth the paper it's printed on. 6 month old Ryobi gas engine would no longer start. Called Ryobi, I was told it needs an adjustment. Told to take it to repair place. I was told it's under warranty. WRONG! No warranty on adjustments. Decided to pay the 49 bucks for the adjustment. Get a call later that day. Carburetor is broken. Guess what?, No Warranty! Price to fix it, $129.00. Motor brand new from the Depot, $123.00. Need I say more. Garbage in a pretty little box.
