Have been contacted by a collection agency, Accelerated Receivables Management (ARM), on behalf of Safe Touch. ARM alleges a balance due on a contract that automatically renewed. Despite several conversations with ARM outlining service issues with Safe Touch, they continue to hound me re: payment on the "contract". They refuse to provide a copy of the contract, which is reasonable. I refuse to pay due to service issues.
