Safe Touch Security automatically renews their customers contracts without them knowing. They offer no notification for renewing customers for 2,3 and even 5 year contracts. Their business practices are deceitful and unethical. Safe Touch does not care about their customers. They are the biggest robbers in Jacksonville.
I am looking to start a class action lawsuit against Safe Touch to stop them in their deceitful business practices and dishonest contracts.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Automatic renewal
AUTHOR: Steven - (U.S.A.)

I live in Jax to but don't have Safetouch. WTLV (i think) had someone with a similar situation with ADT. Read over your contract and see if there is an automatic renewal clause in there somewhere. If so you are out of luck because you signed it when you signed up for service.
The news report said that alarm companies do it to make things more complicated in case you want to change to another alarm company.
Check out your contract again. If you see there is not automatic renewal clause then there should not be any reason why you can't. If there is then note how long the automatic renewal is in effect and mark that date on your calendar and cancel it then.
I think if you go to the TV stations web site they may have a link you can go to and check it out.
Thanks
