I bought one dress, and when I received it, first of all it looked nothing like the dress that was advertised, and secondly the sewing job was so sloppy. You can tell this dress is not something you'd ever buy in a store. When I called Sammy Dress, you can never reach them by phone, the California number they provide just hangs up. Then when you place a "ticket" there is a technology error when you go to submit your complaint, and when finally e-mail them with proof, they do not respond. I had to go to Facebook to try and talk to someone and when I finally did on a social media site Facebook, the person wrote that the clothes are cheap for a reason and they would only give me store credit. Sammy Dress should not be allowed to exist, they are horrible!! Save your money do not shop here

the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials,

It's not trolling their facebook when 99.9% of the comments on all of their merchandise is a complain by another jilted customer. It also had nothing to do with being nice or not. I contacted their fake customer service a few times before they finally reached out to me because I was cutting into their profits by posting the absolute truth on their facebook wall. I'm glad you had a positive experience with Sammy Dress however I would rather set myself on fire than ever order there.

I have ordered many times from SammyDress.com. I ordered one item that wasnt exactly what I received and I contacted the company and they fixed the issue. You can not expect an immediate response, and being a troll on their Facebook isn't going to help. Try being nicer to customer service people and you will get somewhere.
SammyDress.com is a decent company and does not deserve reviews like this.
