I repair TV's and not factory authorized for any company.

A customer brought in a 36'' Sanyo LCD TV that was 6 months old.
I said it must be under warr. and he said he paid cash and did not keep the sales slip.

When i called Sanyo i was told the part was $100 at that point i said the set is under warr. and the guy said let me transfer you to a ladies name.
It was no time at all and she said do you have the SN.
I gave her the number and seconds later she said it is in warr. and the part will go out today. She then said will you accept so many dollars for your labor.
I said that was fine with me. I got the part they paid me and my customer got it repaired for free.

Not many companies are like this some you cannot even get on the phone.
