 my dad was contacted by sar and associates stating that they needed to speak to me concerning a legal matter. my dad called me and relayed the message. i called the number provided and spoke to a guy named eric jones. he explained to me that i was in legal trouble for being in default on a payday loan from a company named lts managment. he explained that if i didnt pay the amount owed they would file legal papers to have me served to go to court. i explained that i couldnt pay that amount so he placed me on hold to talk to his supervisor. he came back in less than 2 minutes and offered me three options i chose the third option which was to make 5 payments off 100 dollars for the next 5 months. i gave him my debit card number because he said i couldnt send a check in the mail. it had to be done over the phone so that my payments would post on time. after i hung up with him i had an uneasy feeling. i googled the company and came across a website where others are going through the same thing as myself. i then googled lts management and read about their shady practices. i decided to follow suit and complain and make others aware of my situation. just like reading about someone else's experience helped me. i in tirn hope that by me sharing my experience will help someone else
