S.A.R & ASSOCIATES Sent me a letter saying I owed LTS Management $1450.... Dated 10/15/2015 Plantation Florida

I reeived a letter from this company saying I owed $1450 so I called them to find out what they were talking about. I contacted customer service and asked her for the number to LTS Management so I could contact them to find out what this debt was about. She informed that the company had closed but had sold all their debt before they closed. I asked her for prrof of the debt and she told me that they had mailed me a letter stating I had the debt. I then asked her for original proof from the company that I had incurred the debt. To this she replied that she had the proof on her desk in front of her, so I asked her to mail me copies of the debt. She then told me that the time for mailking letters was over and that her company would go ahead with the lawsuit. I informed her that according to the FDCPA it was my legal right to request proof of the original debt. She then started talking about sueing me again, So i told her to go ahead and since I had recorded the call the judge would know that she refused to send me proof of the debt, I then hung up on her.

After reading all the complaints on this website about the same company and situation, I find it funny that everyone owed the exact same amount, $1450.
