Purchased satellite direct 3 weeks ago.  After paying and installing I have to say it's rubbish...

grainy and
washed out colours

It really is unwatchable! even on the fastest of Macs or PCs...

I sent 7 emails and got 3 reples, non of the staff gave me a suggestion let alone a fix.  Most emails were a standard message about extra channels  But not one of the three staff (Nichole, Cathy or Ian) actually read my problems, so obviously could NOT answer my questions.

They never address any problems whether it's software, refunds or replying to actual customer questions.

Avoid at all costs, it simply does not work!
