In 2001 I had seen an advertisment for a free surround sound system with the installation of a Direct TV system. After installation I had to have Direct TV for at least 6-8 months before mailing in the voucher to get my free surround sound home entertainment system.
I did call Satellite Systems Network and spoke with a woman. She said to mail in all the proper paperwork with your voucher and we'll send you the entertainment system. I waited for at least six more months and no system. I called the number and the phone rang until a message said that your party is not answering please try your call again later..you will now be disconnected. Since then I have called Direct TV to get another number as to reach this Satellite Systems Network company with no results.
I have been fraudulently misled and and not even Direct TV would do anything to help me. Satellite Systems Network should be charged and made accountable for it's illegal practices at once!
