Satellite Systems Network ripoff, Never had product delivered or installed Aliso Viejo California

I ordered a system from Satellite Systems network back in January of 2005. The installer never showed so I cancelled the system the next day. I followed up the next week and was told that , This has to be done by customer service and that he would take care of everything. I

made the HUGE mistake of thinking this was a done deal. I had a major operation early in the year and was not on top of my finances. I was looking for some old medical information and came across a charge of $99.00 on my bill from Satellite Systems network. Looking on my next months bill I found no credit from them.

I did find a credit from Direct TV for the hardware. I contacted Austin from the Satellite Systems Network and was told that they were not selling Direct TV since June 2005. I asked , Someone from your company has my money but since you do not do business with them anymore You get to keep my money without the service or product ever being installed.? He said, I am sorry but we cannot do anything about it. My fault for missing this on my bill early on.

I just wanted to give a heads up to others not to use this company. They now sell Dish Networks . Direct TV dropped them as a supplier because of complaints.
