I was lured into a false claim that said I would receive a free sample of a product to reduce wrinkles. All I had to do was pay for shipping. They charged me for $3.95 and $1.00 for shipping on 1/9/2017. On 1/24/2017 I was again charged $99.95. I called the company and informed the rep that I was charged the stated amount, and he said that It was not a free sample, and I had 14 days to let them know how the products results were. I told him that was not my understanding of the situation, and I would like the full $99.95 refunded. He said he could refund 20%. I said I would like the full amount and if they were not going to do that then I would file a complaint with the FTC. He would not refund the whole $99.95, so I terminated the call.
