Total Rip-OFF. Beware!

Last November was when I was shopping for christmas gifts online-I was in a Cosco website when this FREE satin youth wrinkle cream pop-up. It said just pay for shipping of 4.95 and 5.95 for the second free eye cream. I availed of the free items only to realize after a couple weeks that I was charge for $99.99 and  $89.99 for both. To top all that it was also a  RECURRING charge on my credit card. I searched for this companys phone number hoping to call and ask why I was charge. This company is hard to reach. I had to call my credit card company to get a contact number for them. I didputed this charges with my credit card company. And was told that this is not the first time they have a dispute like this where we pay for shipping but the fine print is we will be charge for the product after 14 days. 

I NEVER saw the condition about me being charge after 14 days if I dont cancel. This is a SCAM  they have.!! They say a free item and pay shipping only . But after you click on the" terms and conditon" if you are above 18 for shipping- thats how they get away with how they charge the customer unknowingly. They say when you click this, thats where the fine print of cancellation and recurring charge is written. What a low way of scamming innocent hard working people. I tried calling the company after disputing with my credit card bank. I talked to the man supervisor- Sergio Gonzales. I had the most RUDE, ARROGANT, UNPROFFESIONAL supervisor that you can imagine.He said he will not help me just becasue I called and did a dispute to my bank first instead of calling them. He refused to help and he was very unwilling to listen.

I hope this company will never do this again to innocent victims.  They rely on people making a mistake and try the free sample. Such a shady company. Instead of this cream getting rid of our wrinkle-it ADDS wrikle because of the hassle and grief they created by having to worry about the unauthorized charge. 

Beware!! SATIN YOUTH , YOUNIQUE and HVG are one and the same company.. do not even try their product. What a shame for this company.
