Schneider national is one of the worst companies to work for. They abuse their drivers, and play stupid mind games. They only care about the driver's health and safety when it benefits them and their lust to dominate a driver's life. For example when I told my boss that I was going back to college online to get a degree he replied in a very condescending tone "That's stupid, how do you expect to be able to go to school, and be a truck driver."

For your information before you sit and judge me; I have been a truck driver for over 14 years and have worked for some great companies, I have a CLEAN background, and driving record. That being said, I was ILLEGALLY let go after being off on workman's comp due to an injury caused by the actions of another truck driver. I was a hard worker, and did nothing to deserve the way I was treated while I worked for them (made to drive when I did not have the proper amount of rest, robbed of pay for miles driven, ridiculed and insulted by management, etc.) Nor did I deserve the retaliation for my injury and workers comp claim. I do currently have a civil case pending against them for their actions.

My advice, if you work for them, quit and find a better job. For potential employees, stay away, and do not believe any of their promises and lies. Their "fair and equatable treatment process" is anything but fair.
