Sears Home Services Failed to perform IAW contract and always has some exuse San Antonio Texas

We contracted with Sears to upgrade our kitchen based upon our satisfactory service received in the past in other fields of Sears. We were also impressed with their Sears Home Services advertising. The points they promised were, (1) Sears provides a project coordinator to manage the job. (2) Sears provides professional installation. (3) Sears are lisenced and insured. (4) Our fully liscensed and insured professionals are courteous concientious and trained to do the job right.             (5) Speak with your project coordinator.

Believe it or not Sears failed in every facet of the obove objectives that they established for themselves. They would not return phone calls. They often failed to answer email. They delivered the wrong merchandise and refused to admit it was wrong. They failed to use liscensed technical personnel and refused to  accept resposibility when they caused a serious incident due to a serious mistake caused by one of their personnel.

There are several areas in which they are suberb at though. They include (1) making false statements, (2) knowing how to procrastinate to the highest degree (3) Refusing to accept responsibilty for their mistakes etc etc.

In case you haven't heard the Sears Home Services has adopted a new mission statement "S-simply E-evade A-any R-reasonable S-Service

Bottom line if you see Sears Home improvrment personnel coming your way -run the other way as fast as you can. If I were asked to rate them on a scale of 10, I would rate them at 0 squared. The best way to protect your self is to avoid them in anyway you possibly can. They end up promising the world, but produce less than a microbe
