On 10/8/12 I ordered a King Grand Linen Blk/Grey/Wht 8 pc comforter. I was sent the Hudson Comforter which is nothing like I ordered. Contacted Sears 3 times all the way to a manager and was told they contacted their supplier from the internet and I needed to wait to hear back. I got the same stock answer from everyone I spoke to. They also have contacted the wrong supplier as the one for the comforter I ordered is All Baby Home Store. The comforter I received is from Royal Plaza Textiles. So not only did they send in the wrong order from me but they have been contacting the wrong supplier. Talk about incompetence. Is it any wonder that Sears reputation has gone into the toilet. All I need is a UPS return sticker so I can send it back and get a credit on my paypal account. I have also filed a paypal dispute.
