I ordered a stove and refrigerator from sears online on November 8, 2014 and made arrangments for it to be delivered on November 25, 2014. On November 24, 2014 I got a call saying that they cant deliver the stove because it did not "come in yet" and they wanted me to wait untill January 6'2015 to get it . I fussed with the woman on the phone telling her I had no stove now and Thanksgiving is coming ,the only thing she could tell me was that I could get a different version of the stove I wanted I told her no. she then said she'll have a service tech(?) call me in 24 hrs.I asked about getting my money back she said 10 -12 days, so I can't even get a stove with out the money. I also puchesed extended insurance . This appears to be a scam and if not then Sears employees need to be a heck of a lot more helpful to rectify this problem.
