SEARS no refund on unused parts, ripped off by certified installer, no help swapping dryer stand Nationwide

ordered a dryer on-line with applicable parts needed for installation as directed no mentioned of gas to lp kit needed on website.  no suggestion of stand with drawer that went with dryer on website.  installer overcharged to pick up gas to lp converter, employee at Sears in Commack, Brian, didn't credit account for unused installation parts that installer said to return.  helped with drawer and supposedly ordered it for us stating we'd recieve an e-mail.  still no stand and SEARS won't swap out stands without charging another delivery fee.  Total Nightmare with what used to be a relaible All-American company!  Long time customer for 40 years but no more!  Customer service sourced out and don't know what they're doing and take absolutely no action to make things right!  Horrible experience.  Worked on this for weeks and still no resolution and in store service just as bad!
