Sears They do not honor their Automotive Warranties and Purchasing Agreements St Clairsville Ohio

3 Year ago I bought a Sears Die Hard Gold Battery for my Husbands Truck at Sears Store in St Clairsville Ohio. I Bought the Battery in October .2005.The Battery has 36 month full replacement warranty and 100 month prorated warranty on the Battery. This is one of the Better Batteries that Sears carries.

The Problem started when the Battery was a little over a year old I had to jump start it when I did not start the Battery Daily. That was in 2006 when the problem originally started. I went to Sears and they said the Battery was good.

Last winter I went to start my truck and It would not start. It will not start unless I start it Daily and when it is extremely cold it won't start unless I push it or jump it. I Took it to Sears to replace the battery. They told me "There is nothing wrong with the Battery".Funny it would not start my Truck.

I went through the Summer having to start my truck every day to keep the Battery Charged . However now in 2008 -2009 Winter my Battery won't start my Truck again and I have had to push my Truck to start it and I am wanting to warn People to stay away from Sears Automotive Dept for anything even tires. They do not Honor their warranties.

This Battery is Defective and should have been replaced last winter when I took it to the Store for problems. Now that the Full Replacement Warranty has expired and it is Prorated I wonder what they will say. I will never Buy a Sears Battery Again and this was a Die Hard Gold Battery at that.
