My home was foreclosure on me 1/2013
Through Select portfolic servicing I didn't know this company did'nt
Hold the note to my property until it was to late and they had Well fargo in on
It too l'm a victim of mers my loan was part of the predatory lenders when
I purchase my home. I been in the dark for 13yrs I would like to sue this company
SPS and Wells fargo I would like to be part of the law sue.

Hi, I was in almost the same situation, except my mortgage company when out of business. Some how SPS said they were my new servicing company, working on the behalf of Wells Fargo. So untrue. They never had standing to do a foreclosure, neither company could produce the note. What they had in court were a whole bunch of ROBO Signed fake documents in court. In court I begged the Judge to make SPS or Well so Fargo produce the note. The judge could careless, he refuse to do so, instead he gave me a foreclosure sale date....my house was sold at auction 11/18/16. I'm still living in my house ...
