I guess there is a first time for everything, I was scammed. This is a complete scam, and I should have known better that broken cell phones don't sell for that much. After the return package arrived, I let it sit for a few day. I then received an email from these scam artists wanting to know why I had not sent in my phone, so I did. I received an email stating that they had received it, but that was it. After multiple phone call and messages left, and two or three emails to a nonexistent customer service I realized that I had been taken. Like I said this was my first time, don't let it be yours. This is a scam.
