sellandrecycle.com Promised money to purchase my phone and never paid Chula Vista California

This company is one of the big ads you see at the top of a Google search.  They offer to take your old phone, make you an offer and pay it within 3-5 businsess days after you mail it to them.

I mailed it to them and they sent me an email saying they got it.  That was over a month ago.

I looked up their site on the Better Business Bureau and it says their accreditation has been revoked.  But they still send postcardds and other corporate materials with "BBB Accredited" prominently displayed.

They are guilty, in my oinion, of theft of my phone and fraud by claiming to be BBB accredited.

I tried to contact them via their customer service email and their listed phone number (888-502-9582) and of course their phone number is not in service.

It really surprised me that Google would allow such a terrible company to advertise with them.
