sellandrecycle.com sell and recycle What to do if this company has ripped you off! San Diego CA

I am seeing a ton of complaints on this site for sellandrecycle.com and also cellularwings.com which is the same company.  I was also ripped off by these criminals, they sent me a defective phone and never refunded my money ($300) after weeks of screaming complaints....but I got them to finally refund my money.  This is how you do it to scare them into sending your money back:

1).  File a complaint with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Dept:  website is www.ic3.gov.    This will put them on the FBI radar to investiate them for internet fraud.

2). File a report with the Better Business Bureau.  I have checked today, and because my detailed complaint submitted against them, their A+ rating has been pulled down today for updating.  Hopefully it will be changed to an F.

3).  Send sellandrecycle.com a stern email, and tell them you have filed both these reports because they have not sent you the money you are owed.  They will act on it out of fear of being caught by the FBI. 

IF YOU DON'T COMPLAINT AND FILE REPORTS, THEY WILL NOT BOTHER TO SEND YOUR MONEY BACK.  IT WORKED FOR ME.
