sellandrecycle.com Calling me a Liar Internet

 I found sellandrecyle.com's website while researching to turn my broken cell phone into cash, read some bad reviews but like a dummy decided to us them for an offer. I received the offer over the website and waited forever to receive a shipping package to send them the cell phone for authorization. When finally receiving the package to send off, I received an email a few days later saying they received my device and would go through the process of verifying the offer and that it should take up to 3-5 business days to receive word back that everything is good. Well all fine and dandy, well 5 business days went by no email so I waited another day nothing so decided to reply to the email that they sent me. Well they came back quick with a supposed copy of the email they sent me the same day as the email that they received my device. Now they are saying the offer is void because I did not reply within 7 days (not business days) but 7 days. I am very unhappy it’s October 7th and they sent the correspondence on September 25th and now they will not return my phone.
