Sensible Home Warranty Owners of this company belong in prison! Sparks, Nevada

This is a dreadful company to deal with.   I made the mistake of prepaying for 2 yr coverage under a home warranty policy with Sensible.  After 17 mos, my gas range's oven failed to light.  Under the terms of the contract, a service person was sent out to analyze the problem.   Between the service man and the company, it was agreed that it was to their advantage to offer a cash settlement rather than attempt repair.  After MANY phonecalls and extended holds (average 45 mins), Sensible made an offer which we accepted.  This was 3 mos ago.  Since then it has been a nightmare trying to deal with these people.  They must employ ex politicians because they are all accomplished liars!  In addition, they fail to return phone calls and we still dont have our money.  I truly believe that the owners of this company are a criminal enterprise preying on consumers.
