sergio Lease to own. Paid off my equip 3 mths ago and the equip is breaking down. FD will not help norman Oklahoma

Bought a POS system to First Data on a lease to own program. The contract is not clear and they kept sending you letters at the end of the lease so the pay off amount gets bigger and bigger.

I paid off my equipment 3-4 months ago, I changed my merchant company to someone who offers better rates. My equipment is giving problems now, at the point that or I get a new system or I fix the one I have. I spent more than $6000 in my equipment. 

I have called so many times and with so many people from First Data to fix the problem. They cant help or doesnt want to help because Im not their customer any more (after spending a lot of money with them). I called the manufacture of the equipment, they were very nice people and they answer the phone very quick (it never happens with FD). They cant give me support or sell me parts because they have a contract with FD, they need an email or something from FD to help me. I called FD and they dont want to do it, they transfer me from one person to the other one few times.

Im still looking how to fix my computer, I dont want to throw away over $6000. Im s small business owner and I cant effort to do it.

I WILL NEVER WORK WITH FIRST DATA AGAIN, THEY CANT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. FIRST DATA AND FIRST DATA LEASING IS THE SAME CRAP.
