TaxPros.com store.taxprosdeal.com/ I paid online via PayPal for a 2017 copy of Turbotax Deluxe 2017. All I got was an html file showing a picture of TTDeluxe 2017. Since they publish NO PHONE NUMBER (1st warning I missed) I sent in numerous emails and finally got a useless response after filing a PayPal potential fraud claim. They start by saying they replied check your junk mail. I told them I don't have or USE a junk mail and review everything. I told them I used two separate computers and two different browsers on each computer and STILL GET nothing but a picture. After the PayPal inquiry they closed my ACCOUNT. After complaints they closed my account and no refund after almost a WEEK of trying. Pleasanton California
