Shamrock Towing their towing totalled my car ripoff Westerville Ohio

My car was towed from Arrowhhead Station Apartment complex. Although I was parked in my assigned lot the complex said that I was to close to the dumpster and they had it towed by Shamrock. I went to pick up my car paid the fines and fees and was taken to my car.

The drive home was a bit suprising. To drive straight I had to turn the wheel far right but I was facing left. The car was litterally sitting sideways to the wheels. I informed Shamrock who said they woud have it fixed and it was for about 2 days then it went back to the way I got it from them.

I took it to a garage and found out that the frame had been damaged and that it was now a salvage car. I didn't have the money for an attorney to fight shamrock sooo. I only have a warning to give you really check out your car befor you take it off of their lot. Drive around the lot a couple of times if you have to and if anything seems out of wack leave it there and call your insurance company or attorney and get their advice before removing your vehicle from their property.
