Many unkept promises. Bait and switch sales tactics. They try to turn things around. We went with them because of a timeline promise , a fact that they were taking care of HOA and permits and wanted elongated steps , pebble sheen and a specific location of the pool and Equipmemt. When signing all this was fine. Whatever they have to get you to do to sign. More promises broken then kept. Maybe more than that. They still haven't broke ground so not sure.
