In October I bought a pool from Shasta in my new home, only because Shea was recommending them as their pool builder. It was completed in mid November. The week of Thanksgiving i noticed the ground was wet. I called for them to come out and look at it, when they finally came out they gave me the run around. After about two weeks of noone doing anything i called again, they sent someone out again who did a bucket test, then nothing until i called and complained again.

This went on for a couple of months with them only coming out and acting like they were going to do something when i called and complained. meanwhile my gound is still wet from leakig pool. Finally February they decided it was the tile, so tile guy came out, drained half the water from pool, then left the pump valve open so when the cleaner came on water was flooding my yard, going down the street.

called them again along with the construction supervisor of the homebuilder and district supervisor who came out, told me they would find he problem after all this run around. then in march the worker hooked the line from the pool to drain the pool into the wrong pipe and water came up out of my shower and flooded my closet and office. it has been a complete mess from day one.

they still have not offered compensation for all the damages they have caused other than pay for SErvpro to cleann up their mess. i am now working out of bedroom since i work at home and cant work out of my office. i will never buy a pool from Shasta again...... this has taken 5 months to fix. they finally determined that it was aleak in the skimmer sometihig after they dug a hole 6 foot by 3 feet down and lft it uncovered for 3 months. even after i told them my grandson played in back and i had animals....

i finally had to called Jeff Ast's office and talk to his assistant. this was after the flooding of my house.... i feel ripped off and like i got a substandard product for my hard earned money and they dont give a rip abou it.... I get the feeling that they are hoping i will just go away and not bother them once my house gets fixed, but i have news for them, i dont plan on going away. they have made my life a living hell ever since this piece of crap pool was installed. its like they get your money and then they dont give a crap. not my idea of a reputable company.
