Unauthorized distibution on credit card number from Limigoe's jewelry to Shopper's Discount Program and began monthly charge. Never authorized charge and only upon paying off card did I discover I was a "member" with "benefits" at $10.

I had to contact my credit card company for the merchant information on the $10 charge before I could even find the company to cancel my unauthorized subscription in the first place.
