I ordered a Silver Bomber for my son's birthday a few years ago after seeing the commercial on TV. I sent a check after calling the number given on television for a total of $268.

I waited for the scooter to arrive but it never did. The check had cleared and it was my son's birthday. His present hadn't come even though the weeks they said it would take had passed. I then received a notice that the scooters were on back order so I again waited for another 6 weeks and it didn't arrive.

I found the number I had called and was informed that they were just a company that placed orders for Silver Bomber. They were no longer employed by them. I did a web search and found a link to their page and it had been removed!

I knew then I'd been scammed.
