Dealing with this supposedly legitimate company has been a nightmare.  I first came aware of this company when i had blindly filled out a application for a personal loan, for  people with bad credit.  Imagine my surprise when I received a call from a Bradley Kennedy, account representative who offered me a loan, however since my credit was very bad, and my score was extremely low, he stated I had to have a collateral payments, which were applied to the loan.  So with my hesitation, and desperation, as I needed to get money to satisfy other obligations,  I agreed ,and sent my collateral payments by way of Western union to an agent in Kingston Jamaica.  He assured me that my money would be in my account the following day.  The next day I received a call from a Peter Lynch, or Wench, anyway he informed me that my loan was denied with he current coverage, and asked me to go over the part in the agreement with him entitled Accuracy, to which it outlined the fact that I could be denied a with the current insurance and more collateral could be requested. So again out of desperation I was able to borrow from family and friends, (who all warned me against this)  the extra collateral.  He then again assured me that the money would be in the account the next day.  The next day came, and he again called, stating that loan was rejected, but he had another solution.  I explained that I could no longer afford his solutions, and requested my money to be refunded.  He then referred to the accuracy  part of the agreement, to which it stated that my money would be refunded the next billing cycle.

now the next billing cycle came, and i contacted Mr. Lynch the customer service representative, , no answer, no call after I repeatedly called and left numerous messages.  i then contacted the first agent Bradley Kennedy, who with a great big attitude, told me to contact the customer service represent, when I informed him that they were not answering, with even a worse attitude he a stated " call them back and leave a message, and hung up.  I have contacted the Attorney General in the state to which they claim they are located.  they sent me a letter requesting a copy of the contract and receipts. I will let you know if it is handled.

I'm sorry to tell you that you are a victim of a varient of the "advanced fee loan scam" and that your money is LONG GONE.

These scammers normally use disposable cellphones and constantly move about.  You will very likely never see the money you paid them ever again.

You can read up on this scam at the FTC website www.ftc.gov.
