We do not charge for documents. Empty documents can be freely obtained. We provide an independent document preparation service. We strive to succeed by providing intuitive proprietary forms, clear help content, quick preparation times, and quality customer service. We aren't affiliated with any government agency, so we work only for you, and only to improve your filing experience. And our service is explained multiple times and in multiple places before any information or payment is accepted.  

We assist customers every day in preparing various government documents. People can prepare any of these documents on their own, or they can enlist the help of a third party company that has prepared that same document many times before. 

And we employ a full-time dedicated customer service staff to respond to all e-mails, and answer calls Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Central Time, excluding holidays. There can sometimes be hold times while we are assisting other customers who called before you, but this is normal with any business.
