I purchased another radio as a gift and was told that the amount was 35.87 total! All I had to pay at that time was 7.05 for shipping and the rest will be billed on my regular billing cycle. I repeated this to the sales rep over the phone 3 times to make sure. I even pressed a button to confirm the $7.05 charge on my card. The next day I look at my statement and they charged me 44.87 plus 7.05.

When I called to find out whats going on, they said I agreed to this. No I didnt! And when I asked for my money back they said no. Needless to say I cancelled my subscription and the other radio I was purchasing as a gift!

I dont spend my money with companies that try to get over. They couldnt even explain what the charge was for! My bill wasnt due for another month! They even told me that it wasnt for the other radio that I just agreed that they could take another $44! wtf! They have been reported to corporate and the bbb.
