Skin Endear Ripped Off by Skin Endear Internet

Skin Endear used Amazon to get me to purchase a sample request on their skin care and eye cream.  Once I sent for the sample, they proceeded to charge my acct $85.95 for the skin care and $89.95 for the eye cream.  Once I realized what they did, I immediately called them and told them that I only ordered a sample and they charged my acct almost $200.00.  They claim I didn't call within the 14 days ( which I did ) of cancellation so I would not be refunded.  The CS Rep was very rude and I told her that there was nothing that stated that they would keep sending me this product if I didn't cancel within the 14 day period.  I told her that I didn't see it and if it was there, it was so small that not even my glasses could pick it up. She said they had nothing to do with Amazon but it was part of their website or I never would have ordered it. I have no documentation to state differently .  They said they would refund half my money and I said I want it all back.  It's been a month and I have yet to see any money refunded nor the product that I now paid for in the first place. This company needs to be turned into the BBB and that's what I plan to do
