Skin-endear Scam - free trial- only pay shipping/handling Internet

 Answered an ad for beauty cream for age defying. Supposedly for only shipping and handling of $4.95. Guaranteed to make your skin look younger. Nothing in the add about joining a club for additional shipments. I was charged $89.95 for each of the products (eye and skin). Only charge I authorized was the $4.95 s/h for each. I was charged again over 32 days later $91.90 and $94.90 and did not even get another shipment of the product! I called and advised I did not authorize that charges I was told they would refund me 35% of the amount of the last 2 charges. When I told the person on the phone I wanted a full refund I was told they could do 50%. I advised I would file a legal claim and wanted to speak with supervisor. Same person came back on phone and said she could issue 75% refund. I advised I would accept nothing but full refund. Person on phone agreed and gave me confirmation numbers for supposed full refunds. I contacted my credit card to verify refunds issued and was told nothing was pending. I have filed a disputed with credit card. I received the oroducts one time with the understanding it was a free trial and only shipping and handling would be charged to account. I received no information that it was a free trial and that I was automatically enrolled if I did not cancel. Nothing in ad mentioned that or any charges except $4.95 s/h. I never even received anymore shipments of the product but was still charged for it again 32 days later. Please check your billing statements and contact your financial institution if charges have been made by this company to your account. This is clearly a scam.
