Wish I had found Ripoff Report before I delt with Skin Logic. Same thing happened to me that happened to "Orlando Florida" in 2014.

An advertisement on MSN for a free trial of Skin Logic for $4.95 which was for S&H. It even said DR. OZ approved it and had mentioned it on his show.

Then I discovered  2 weeks later they had charged my credit card for $89.95. When I called, they claimed I had an account and I had  placed an order. "Joseph" never told me what I had supposedly ordered. He claimed just by ordering the trial, I had an account!

He said I could only get 15% back, then it went up to 30%, then 50%. After more discussion on the subject, I finally told Joseph if they didn't refund my money I would not only call my bank but, also, the BBB and then make a police report.

At the mention of a police report he said "accounting is fixing this right now, just give them a few minutes".

I asked Joseph if the trial size was an amount for 30 days, why would they charge for another order within 14 days. He couldn't /wouldn't answer that question.

He also told me I would only get the full refund back if I sent the trial size back.

I asked why I had to send back the free trial when I had paid for it and he said it was necessary in order to get a refund of the $89.95.

He said the $4.95 was for the S&H on the free trial. I told him he wouldn't get back his S&H just because I sent it back so what was the real deal with it. He just kept saying I would have to send the trial back for a refund. Does that make sense?

He also said it would only take 5-7 days for the refund to appear on my credit card. Somehow I doubt it.

He claimed on the website it stated if you don't call in 14 days to cancel your "account" they would charge you for another order. The site I was on did not have anything but try a free trial for $4.95 and see how you like the product.

There was not a statement of calling within 14 days to cancel an account, or any mention of when you buy the trial you automatically have an account. Keep in mind the free trial was suppose to be enough for 30 days so why would they charge you for more products in just 14 days?
