I got a total wireless Samsung s9 through smartpay lease I paid the initial down payment for 140 dollars and it included my 35 dollar phone card. I received phone in the mail with phone card however my old total wireless phone still had 2 weeks of service. So I transferred my number and my remaining minutes to my new s9 and added the phone card I got with my new phone to my reserve so I wouldnt have lapse in service however when my remaining minutes ran out my new phone stopped working.

Now smartpay says its not there issue its total wireless issue and I have been trying for 5 days to get this resolved I even tried to by a new card for my new phone instead of the 1 they sent me and I couldn't so needless to say I have a s9 that I can't use I can't put the card they sent me on and I can't put a new card on I have actually done conference call between 2 companies and all they did was argue back and forth and come to conclusion that my phone will be fixed tomorrow and tomorrow comes but its the same issue the same argument now I want a refund since I had to purchase another phone card n put it on my old phone cuz 5 days without a phone was long enough however I have been told since I scratched the pin number I can't get refunded for my service plan that doesn't can you tell me how I would know that my service card doesn't work without trying to put on my phone and can't put it on phone without scratching pin number this is ridiculous its so frustrating to argue with 2 companies for at least 4 times day at least 3 hours each time for 5 days and both companies pass the buck and neither company can fix issue and now I'm expected to keep making payBLWAREon the lease I don't understand how I should pay for something that's useless.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES SMARTPAY LEASING IS A SCAM. MY DOWNPAYMENT AND EXTRA PHONE CARD COME OUT TO 180 DOLLARS AND 91 DOLLAR PAYMENTS FOR NEXT 15 MONTHS IS ABSOLUTELY 100 ‰ RIDICULOUS TO EVEN EXPECT ME TO PAY THIS AND THEY REFUSED TO SEND ME LABELS TO RETURN THE PHONE BUYERS BEWARE

Mellanie, Sorry getting back to you sooner the fact is I loved the s9 when I got it was an amazing phone but I had to send it back to smart pay. Even after returning the phone to smart pay they are still trying to make me pay for it I get a text message at least 2 a day from them saying that my payment was unable to be processed I guess I'm thankful for that. I tried calling total wireless to get this resolved again but once again they weren't able to help me so I guess theres no point because I sent phone back with no refund and having to go almost 2 months without a phone. Thank you for reaching out though.
