Signed up for a discounted membership at this new gym with my previous employer. It was 29.00 with no contract, but they needed a debit card or credit card to bill you monthly unless you cancel. I was an active member until it was time for me to move out of Mississippi in Oct.

On October the 14th, I went to the site to cancel my membership in writing like their website told me to do. When I arrived the 1 employee that worked at that location was no there, so I went in and slid my note with all my information under the office door which was locked stating that I was moving out of state and needed to cancel immediatley.

I thought everything was fine because I wasnt billed in november, but on December the 1st I noticed they had stole 79.90 out of my account early that morning. I called the office that day and the guy I spoke with said he was new and didnt have access to anything to help me. He gave me a number to some guy named Kyle in louisanna.

I called Kyle and he constantly mentioned did I turn in a cancellation form, which was never mentioned on their website or when I was signed up. I told him that was not mentioned on their website and that it only said I had to cancel in writing. He claimed he couldnt do anything.

He then gave me a number to teh person he claimed could fix it--her name is Judy and she is Kyle's regional boss. I called her and the first thing she asked was "do you have a copy of your cancellation form?" I informed her that I knew nothing of any type of form and told her that their website said just to cancel in writing. She said she would look into it and call me the next day.

Judy never called and when I called her back two days later she referred me back to Kyle who decided to curse me out for wanting my money back and hung up on me. Called Judy back and asked for her superior she said she only reports to the investors. She also promised to follow up with me on what she could get done---its been another week and once again she did not return my call.

Stay away from this workout facility, they are desperate for revenue because they have very little clientale, so they use this cancellation form as an excuse to keep billiing customer's who move away or try to switch to another gym.
