I was ripped off just last night when I gave my credit card number and didn't get a confirmation.

My purchase was for 12.95 and when I looked at my bank statement last night, $52.92 was charged.

I tried to download the software and it didn't work.

Right away I started to look up info on this company. They are not incorporated in Ohio or Florida.

Maybe we need to legally pursue them if no refunds are given.

The Better Business Bureau has reports on them. And they resolved a lot of the claims against them.
