This company combs through other vehicle sale publications and cold calls the seller with a solicitation.
Their pushy and deceptive sales staff promise enhanced marketing services, guarantee a network of willing buyers and financial services to assist those buyers with payment options all to promote rapid sale of your vehicle. They verbally guarantee a quick, no-hassle sale at your asking price through their high volume ebay "buy it now" auctions and their special network of ready buyers. After the sale they later completely contradict any verbal claims or guarantees made over the phone with a writen disclaimer guaranteeing nothing.
The reality is that they simply want your credit card or bank information to hit you with an exhorbitant fee for these suposed services and then they cut off all communication with you. The fee is charged to your bank card before you even get off the phone with them and before they have provided any service to the seller. They will not allow you to cancel or change you mind once they have your credit card information. They do not offer refunds under any circumstances. They do not return calls nor respond to emails and potential buyers seem to be completely unable to contact the seller through the bogus online ads this company produces.
The customer service phone number they provide rings directly to voicemail and they do not return calls.
This is a scam pure and simple. Check out their Better Business Bureau rating of "F" for their high volume of complaints and their pattern of deceptive behavior and sales practices.
They will point to high ebay feedback as evidence that they are not crooks but much of that is feedback appears to be self generated and some of it is from when they are actually the buyer and not the seller. They also try to blame the BBB for their poor rating which is patently ridiculous.
Save yourself some money and hassle. Do not do business with this company. You are better off advertising your vehicle on the bathroom wall of your local gas station.
