THEA & LINEBARGER GOGGAN BLAIR & SAMPSON, LLP I traveled on the Leroy Selmon Expwy in Tampa, FL 11/13/2014 & there was no one at the toll plaza to pay. I assumed the toll road was no longer a toll road. 4 months later I received a notice of unpaid toll violations for $27.03. Keepin mind I never received anything until 4 months later. I spent 2 weeks talking to both THEA & the Collection ATTY. & they tell me if I don't pay they will suspend my vehicle registration & keep adding on $15.00 late fees. Keep in mind thetolls were only $4.83 total they say. This is highway robbery...excuse the pun....I am outraged at this SCAM. They are threatening to have any vehicle I own registration suspended with the state of Florida. Jacksonville Florida
