After spending an hour on the phone and escalating to a supervisor no one is willing to help me with my promised refund that I did not recieve back to my credit card. They ended up refunding a different credit card that was not the original form of payment and now are unwilling to help me at all. This is the worst airline ever and I can vouch since I am a travel agent and do work with many different airlines on a daily basis. I will not be recommending this airline to anyone and more so am warning everyone to be aware of horrible customer service. Besides the horrible customer service almost every flight is always delayed and at times more then 5 hours without any compensation to passengers whatsoever. Stick with the larger carries, Spirirt may look cheaper for flights however, once you begin to add up all their fees they are pretty expensive to fly on a horrible airline with horrible customer service.

There are one of two things going on here.
Either you are saying that Spirit Airlines is somehow registered in the State of Florida as a cleaning company with 15 employees, or you are somehow posting to the wrong "RipOff".
If it is something else...please try and explain(although at this point I don't know if you can).

First of all I would not fly Spirit even if they gave me free tickets.
But it is a bit confusing as to why you as a Travel Agent who seems to know all about their issues would even contemplate flying them?
But that not withstanding, what is even more confusing is exactly what credit card did they credit back? It seems very unlikely that they would just randomly pick 16 digits out of thin air and come up with a credit card number.
There has to be some "relation" between you and this credit card, so what is it?

How does one promise a refund and then end up refunding a different card and just gives someone else the money instead of returning to the original form of payment, they basically gave my money to someone else and now say that I am on my own to recover it. Never would have happned with United, Delta, American.. Just to name a few. Actually this would have never happened at all with any airline besides this one, DONT FLY SPIRIT!!
