Spirit Airlines Their website will not let me do anything with reservation. Internet

I booked flight through PriceLine for 4 passengers only to find out what they are charging for carryon baggage.  Have attempted for hours to add baggage to reservations on line for hours and all I get is the run around.  Tried calling & prompts take you in circles or hangs up on you.  Found a toll free number 800-772-7117 but refers me back to 801-401-2200 number where this NOT a warm body to talk to.

I also signed up to get discounts and paid $59.95 for annual membership discounts.  In going through the prompts on their website to get to reservations where I can add baggage to reservation so am not paying outrageous costs for baggage at check in it tells me I my name is on the reservation which is not what PriceLine shows on the itenerary.

I hate to think what it's going to be flying with them after this fiasco.  Unfortunately I booked another reservation for may husband and son on different dates and am not sure how that's going to go for them.  Don't want them to have to pay exhorbitant baggage fees but am not finding a way to add baggage to reservation online.
